How your part gets made

    Send a 2D drawing or 3D model with the material, tolerance and quantity you need.

    • CAD files or 2D drawings
    • Material, finish and tolerance callouts
    • Prototype or production quantity

  2. 02Quotation

    Our engineers check that the part can be made well, then quote price and lead time.

    • Design-for-manufacture review
    • Itemised price
    • Lead time confirmed in writing

  3. 03Production

    Machined, stamped or formed in-house at our An Phuoc factory.

    • CNC milling, turning and Swiss-type
    • Stamping on dies we build ourselves
    • In-process checks at every station

  4. 04Inspection & delivery

    Measured against your drawing before it is packed and shipped.

    • CMM and 2D optical measurement
    • Records kept under ISO 9001:2015
